What is the difference between the Refresher and the Signature Facial?
The Refresher is problem solving with no extra frills: a skin analysis, enzymes to exfoliate and brighten, extractions and a calming mask. The Signature does that work and adds the indulgent part: steam, a paraffin hand treatment, Celluma LED light, a facial massage and a mask for your face, neck and chest, in about 90 minutes.
Can I book a facial by text?
Yes. Text (559) 906-4926 with the facial you would like and a few days and times that work for you, and Jeannie will get back to you to confirm.
Is the skin read private?
Yes. Your answers stay in your own browser. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send your skin read to Jeannie.
How often should I get a facial?
For most skin, about once a month, which lines up with your skin’s natural 28-day renewal cycle. Jeannie will recommend the right rhythm for your skin and your goals at your first visit.
What if my skin is sensitive or reacting to products?
Barrier repair facials are built for exactly that: skin that has been over-exfoliated, sensitized, or stripped of its natural defenses. They are gentle and restorative rather than aggressive.
Can I get a facial during cancer treatment?
